A native of Macedonia, Pavlina studied Public Relations in Paris and worked as news producer for CBS News and field producer for the USA Cable Networks.

An independent film producer since 1986, she has produced The Magic Snowman (Miramax and BVI) and Happy Hell Night (Anchor Bay Entertainment), under her production banner Pavlina Ltd.

Ms. Proevska is in pre-production of The Magic Snowman II. Sheis developing The Magic Snowman III and packaging the romantic comedy Borders in Heaven slated for production in summer 2007.

Ms. Proevska is completing The Promise of Perfume, a one-hour documentary film that she produced, wrote and directed.

In 1991 she founded the Macedonian Arts Council and has been involved in the day to day management and fundraising for the organization and as Executive Producer for two of the Council’s film projects, The Colors of Macedonia and the biographical film Stoyan Christowe - from Immigrant to American

She is fluent in five languages and lives and works in New York.
